Former Nigerian President Obasanjo advises current gov't to consult Zimbabwe on high inflation.
Former Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo, has advised the current government under President Bola Tinubu to consult Zimbabwe for a solution to Nigeria's high inflation. Speaking at a youth leadership symposium on Monday, Obasanjo noted that since Zimbabwe had recently dealt with the same issue, the southern African country could provide valuable advice to Nigeria. Nigeria's inflation rate currently stands at 29.9%.
