3-year-old Rocky River girl, Sunny McIntyre, taken during an AMBER Alert has been found safe. The suspect, her mother, 40-year-old Cathleen Marie Collins, was taken into custody in Strongsville. Collins, who has a history of mental illness and substance abuse, was last seen taking the child from the 19700 block of Riverwood Avenue in Rocky River.
