Yankees' Alex Verdugo scratched from lineup due to leg contusion from previous game.

Yankees left fielder Alex Verdugo was scratched from Sunday's lineup due to a left leg contusion sustained during the previous day's game against the Orioles. Verdugo was hit in the leg batting against Orioles left-hander Cole Irwin and remained in the game for two more at-bats before departing. The Yankees traded three minor-league pitchers for Verdugo in December.
