West Bengal BJP President, Sukanta Majumdar, was involved in a car accident on National Highway 12 near Santipur, Nadia district, on Sunday. Majumdar and two bodyguards received minor injuries after a convoy vehicle attempted to overtake a bus. This is not Majumdar's first incident; he was previously hospitalized after falling sick during a scuffle between police personnel and BJP supporters in North 24 Parganas district.
