SP New Energy Corp seeks to raise P200B for the world's largest solar farm, Terra Solar Philippines Inc., by selling up to 40% equity.

SP New Energy Corp (SPNEC) aims to bring in new investors, including potential foreign investors, to fund the development of Terra Solar Philippines Inc., a project touted as the world's largest solar farm. The company is planning to sell up to 40% equity in Terra Solar to help raise around P200 billion for the project, which will have 3,500 MW solar panels and 4,000 MWh battery energy storage.
