A pedestrian on a scooter was critically injured in southwest Oklahoma City after losing control, falling, and being hit by a passing car. The incident occurred on Southwest 89th Street and Western Avenue, with the victim, whose identity has not been released, being transported to OU Health for treatment. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and is cooperating with police.
