Upton Drive reconstruction in St. Joseph, costing over $11m, starts in March and continues through November. The project includes road reconstruction, sewer & drainage work, and installation of a non-motorized path. Phased construction will close the road from Marina Drive to Momany Drive. A public meeting is scheduled for 6th March at St. Joseph City Hall, and residents can sign up for weekly email updates on progress.
