BlackBuck, India's largest trucking network firm backed by Flipkart, plans to go public in the next fiscal year, aiming to raise $300 million through an IPO. The company has appointed merchant bankers and lawyers to advise on the IPO and has begun working on the preparation of their draft red herring prospectus. BlackBuck expects to file the DRHP with the full FY24 financial numbers and aims to list on the bourses in the second half of FY25.
