35-year-old Kamil Buczek from Chalgrove refused a breathalyzer test in Staffordshire on Nov 25, facing charges in Cannock Magistrates Court on Jan 12. He pleaded guilty and was given a community order for 10 days of rehab and 100 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 45 months (reduced by 45 weeks due to guilty plea), he also faced £135 court costs and a £114 victim surcharge.
