Swedish home prices stagnated in February; 1.2% rise, 15% drop from spring 2022 to December.

Swedish home prices have stagnated since the start of the year, with a 1.2% rise in February, according to state-owned lender SBAB. Prices were little changed when adjusted for seasonal factors, suggesting a stabilisation after a price decline in late 2022. SBAB's Chief Economist, Robert Boije, stated that the total drop in housing prices from spring 2022 to December last year was around 15%.
