Spanish tourist couple allegedly gang-raped in Jharkhand's Dumka district on Friday night. Seven to eight local youths are believed to be involved, with three arrests made so far. The couple had traveled from Bangladesh to Dumka on a two-wheeler and were en route to Bihar and Nepal. The alleged crime occurred on the same day that Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed serious concern over law and order and extortion in Jharkhand.
