A head-on crash on Antioch Pike's I-24 overpass resulted in one death and two injuries. The Honda Accord driver, speeding, crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a Ford Explorer. The Honda driver died at the hospital and toxicology tests are pending to determine if impairment was a factor. The Explorer's driver, 44-year-old Robert Baldwin, had outstanding warrants and faces additional charges for driving on a revoked license and financial responsibility.
