A woman, Kara Christopher, was arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping of a child at High Falls State Park. On Feb. 19, the mother and her friend were hiking with the child when Christopher grabbed the child and attempted to run away. The two women fought her off, retrieved the child, and got a photo of her vehicle before she fled in a grey Honda CRV.
