New York-based Carestream is closing its Windsor, Colorado plant, resulting in 200+ layoffs. The location has been part of the imaging industry for many decades and was originally a part of Kodak's Windsor campus. Kodak, based in Rochester, employed over 20,000 at its Windsor location in the late 1960s, but has since reduced its workforce due to technology shifts.
