Afghan Deputy PM Maulvi Abdul Kabir announced that forces of the Islamic Emirate have eliminated ISIS (Daesh) in Afghanistan, as Geneva Call pledges to expand cooperation with Afghan military and civil agencies. This follows ongoing rains and snowfall causing casualties and property damage, and 40 Afghan inmates being released from Pakistani prisons.
