37-year-old martial arts instructor Steven James Hardeman, arrested in Charles County, faces multiple charges including sex abuse of minors and second-degree rape. Two victims reported being assaulted by Hardeman, a martial arts instructor at American Martial Arts Gym in Waldorf, between 2013 and the present. The case is being investigated further, with Hardeman possibly teaching at other American Martial Arts gyms in St. Mary's County and Caroline County, Virginia.
