48-year-old NI dad Mark Norton suffered a severe stroke before Halloween, leaving him with a weakened right side and learning to talk again. His family plans to run the Belfast Marathon for Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke. Coincidentally, a man from Glasgow, Craig Smith, who had a stroke at 34, is participating in a high-intensity Hyrox fitness race, raising funds for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
