34-year-old Warsaw man, Kevin Harris, died in a crash at the intersection of County Road 200 S. and County Road 550 W. in Kosciusko County on Friday morning. Harris' Toyota Tacoma collided with a Hummer H2 driven by 56-year-old Michael Kolesiak, who failed to yield the right of way. The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m., and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office is investigating the accident.
