Joshua Jacques, a 29-year-old cannabis abuser, has been jailed for life for murdering his girlfriend, Samantha Drummonds, and three members of her family in a drug-fueled rampage. The quadruple murderer, who claimed the killings were a "sacrifice for the greater good," was sentenced to a minimum of 46 years in prison. The victims include Drummonds, 27, her mother Tanysha Ofori-Akuffo, 45, her grandmother Dolet Hill, 64, and her grandmother's partner, Denton Burke, 58. The incident occurred at their home in Delaford Road, Bermondsey, south London on April 25, 2022.
