38-year-old Carlos Gonzalez Carrillo was arrested for DUI in Lincoln after driving the wrong way and causing a head-on collision on Route 146. Carrillo's BAC results were .187 and .183, over twice the legal limit of .08. The other vehicle's driver, a 28-year-old Woonsocket woman, was transported to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Carrillo was held overnight pending an arraignment.
