3-vehicle crash on West End Bridge in Pittsburgh resulted in a woman's death and injuries to three men. The fatal accident occurred at 2:35 a.m. on Saturday when an SUV collided with a car on West Carson Street and then struck another vehicle on the bridge. The West End Bridge was closed for hours while the Collision Investigation Unit investigated the scene. The three injured men were taken to hospitals, while those in the other two vehicles were unharmed.
