The Toronto Raptors have converted guard Javon Freeman-Liberty's deal to a standard NBA contract, as reported by the Canadian Press. Freeman-Liberty, who has appeared in 21 regular-season games for the Raptors 905 this season, averaged 24 points, 6.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.5 steals in 35.5 minutes per game. The 24-year-old Chicago native has made two appearances for the Raptors this season.
