12th-century Druid Inn, owned by Pubs Ltd, to reopen near Holywell for Easter after renovation.
Pubs Ltd, owned by Jerry Brunning, who co-founded Brunning and Price, is on track to reopen the historic Druid Inn in Gorsedd, near Holywell, for Easter. The pub, which dates back to the 12th century, had been closed since June 2022 and is undergoing a careful renovation. The company plans to operate with five sites in Cheshire and Shropshire once the Druid Inn reopens.
