Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG, along with other shareholders, has signed a binding agreement to sell a 52.66% stake in SMT Scharf AG to Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited (China) for €11.10 per share. The transaction is subject to closing conditions and investment control proceedings. Upon completion, it's expected to positively impact SMT Scharf AG's intrinsic value.
