Saudi Arabia has formally launched its bid to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup, following FIFA's announcement that the kingdom was the only candidate. The campaign is under the slogan "Growing. Together", and includes the unveiling of the bid logo, website, and a short film celebrating the passion and diversity of football in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia would be the second country from the Gulf region to host the World Cup, after neighboring Qatar in 2022.
