Italy proposes Azerbaijan's participation in G7 climate, energy, and environment meeting during COP29.
Italy wishes to cooperate with Azerbaijan within COP29, as stated by Italian Minister of Environment and Energy Security Gilberto Pichetto Fratin during a meeting in Baku. Italy currently holds the G7 presidency and believes that Azerbaijan, as the host of COP29, should participate in the special G7 Ministers' Meeting on Climate, Energy, and Environment, representing a significant partnership opportunity.
