SAARC revival unlikely due to Pakistan's terrorism, states India's External Affairs Minister.

India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has stated that the revival of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is unlikely due to Pakistan's persistent use of terrorism against other SAARC members. India pulled out of the SAARC summit process after the 2016 Uri terror attack, and Jaishankar has emphasized that a regional organization cannot succeed when one member engages in violent actions against others.
