The Honey & Barry Sherman Legacy Foundation donated $1 million to Scarborough Health Network (SHN), which will create a new 36,000 sq ft interventional radiology suite. The suite, set to open by the year-end, will house various imaging modalities, reducing wait times for critical procedures by 50%. It aims to provide equitable healthcare for Scarborough and surrounding areas, treating conditions such as cancer, heart disease, and stroke.
