Hehuan Mountain in Taiwan faces snowfall risk, prompting nighttime closure of Provincial Highway 14A due to icing.
Hehuan Mountain in Taiwan faces high chances of snowfall, and Provincial Highway 14A from Cuifeng to Dayu Ridge will be closed at night due to road icing and solid precipitation on mountainous sections above 3,000 meters. Ice pellets have fallen on Yushan and Hehuanshan, Taiwan's tallest mountains, due to a strong continental cold air mass. Despite the ice pellets, traffic conditions remain normal, and the chance of snow in mountainous areas is decreasing.
