Former NFL player LeSean McCoy, a Harrisburg native, kicked off a $16.7 million affordable housing project in his hometown called JMB Gardens. The project, which is backed by McCoy's company Vice Capitol, will create 41 affordable housing units in the form of rowhomes, some of which will be designed to accommodate those with accessibility needs. McCoy hopes the project will revitalize the community.
