2 climate activists, Donald Zepeda, 35, and Jackson Green, 27, have been charged with destruction of government property for dumping red powder over the U.S. Constitution's display case at the National Archives Museum last month. The activists intended the stunt to draw attention to climate change. The Constitution was not damaged, and the powder was found to be a combination of pigment.
