Planning permission granted for 316-bed student block on Marshgate Lane in Stratford by Alumno and Hurlington Capital. Designed by Henley Halebrown, the development is next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and is set to start construction in late 2024. The project is near University College London's new East Campus, with UCL expressing interest in nominations agreement.
