A 100-year-old Oklahoma woman, Mary Lea Forsythe, is celebrating her "25th" birthday on Feb. 29 as Leap Day only occurs every four years. Born on Leap Day, Forsythe has only celebrated her actual birthday a handful of times due to the rarity of the date.
