An 83-year-old Kasson man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 14 west of Rochester on February 28.
An 83-year-old Kasson man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 14 west of Rochester on February 28. Franklin Wendell Ness lost control of his 2022 Chevrolet Colorado and crashed into a guardrail. He was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with life-threatening injuries. Road conditions were reported as dry at the time of the crash. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, Rochester Fire Department, and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the scene.
