US authorities have concluded there is enough evidence to arrest two people for "reckless endangerment" following a car chase involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in New York. The High Court in London heard of a review of the incident last May, which took place when Harry and Meghan were being driven in Manhattan. The NYPD has not yet arrested anyone connected to the chase, but the investigation found that paparazzi displayed "persistently dangerous and unacceptable behavior."
