The UK's Care Quality Commission (CQC) has cancelled the registration of Surrey-based home care agency Pinnacle Brit in Egham due to an inadequate rating for safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and leadership. This marks the agency's second consecutive inadequate rating, with multiple breaches of regulation. In contrast, six care centers in the North West region of Ireland have been declared fully compliant with HIQA's health and safety regulations, with no non-compliances found.
