Lane County woman, Raina McKenzie Ott, on probation for 2020 animal neglect conviction, faces new charges after deputies discover malnourished cows and other emaciated animals at her property, along with decomposing cow carcasses. The sheriff's office states that Ott is known to be on probation for 11 counts of second-degree animal neglect.
