Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) is expected to boost Malaysia's startup ecosystem and create more startups, according to Deputy Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Mohammad Yusof Apdal. More than 3,000 startup companies are based in Malaysia, with the startup ecosystem in Johor rapidly expanding as it is close to Singapore, a vibrant tech hub. The JS-SEZ offers valuable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and talent acquisition.
