Delhi HC dismissed a PIL petition seeking to change boundaries of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh & Haryana, and shift their capitals & HCs. The court stated that courts don't have power to change boundaries & it's Parliament's exclusive domain. The petitioner, JP Singh, wanted Meerut Commissionerate, Sonepat, Faridabad & Gurugram merged with Delhi and Chandigarh merged with Haryana.
