Bolloré Logistics sold to CMA CGM for €4.85B, creating the 5th largest global logistics entity.

The Bolloré and CMA CGM Groups completed the sale of 100% of Bolloré Logistics to CMA CGM for €4.85B. This marks CMA CGM's largest acquisition since its founding in 1978 and is a key step in its logistics development strategy, complementing its maritime transportation business. The new entity, consisting of CEVA and Bolloré Logistics, becomes the fifth largest in the global logistics sector.
