Two Houston-area suspects in a major kidnapping for ransom scheme are on the run after eight others were arrested. The FBI has found the two suspects, Lorie Lin Flowers and Sa, in Mexico. Authorities had been searching for them for months. In a separate case, Esmeralda Abigail Trejo was arrested during a traffic stop for allegedly smuggling three illegal migrants. She was charged with Smuggling of Persons and taken to Zavala County Jail.
