Six individuals were arrested in Pune, Maharashtra for printing and distributing counterfeit Rs 500 notes, with authorities seizing 440 fake notes worth over Rs 2 lakh. The accused, identified as Ritik Khadse, Suraj Yadav, Akash Dhangekar, Suyog Salunkhe, Tejas Ballal, and Pravan Gahvane, were apprehended after police set up a trap based on a credible tip-off.
