Serial rapist Jeffrey Wheat, 52, who terrorized a sorority in North Texas more than a decade ago, has been sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to four sex assaults in Plano, Corinth, Coppell, and Arlington. The victims, all alumnae of Delta Sigma Theta sorority aged 50 to 60, were brutally raped in their homes in 2011. Wheat was arrested in 2021 and DNA evidence linked him to the assaults.
