Malaysia's Court of Appeal reinstates abuse of power charges against former PM Muhyiddin Yassin.

Malaysia's Court of Appeal has reinstated abuse of power charges against former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin. The high court had previously dismissed the charges in August, but the Court of Appeal ruled unanimously that the case should be sent back to a sessions court for further action. Muhyiddin has been accused of receiving bribes worth $48.77 million, which he denies. He has also accused the current Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim of orchestrating a political vendetta.
