Donna Summer's estate filed a lawsuit against Kanye West (Ye), accusing him of using parts of Summer's 1977 hit "I Feel Love" in his song "Good (Don't Die)" from the album "Vultures 1" without permission. The estate had rejected West's request to sample the song. The lawsuit seeks monetary damages and a court order to permanently block West and Ty Dolla $ign from infringing on Summer's copyrights.
