Browns QB Deshaun Watson cleared to resume throwing in a few weeks after right shoulder surgery.
Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is set to resume throwing next month following right shoulder surgery that ended his second season with the team. Watson, who fractured a bone in his throwing shoulder during a game against Baltimore on November 12, has been cleared to throw in a few weeks and is making good progress in his rehabilitation. The Browns acquired Watson in a blockbuster trade from the Houston Texans in 2022 and signed him to a fully guaranteed $230 million contract.
