Beyoncé's new country hit "Texas Hold 'Em" has been accused of copying the theme song of the Canadian children's TV show Franklin, after it reached the top of Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. Fans and critics have compared the similarities between the two, and while the show's theme singer Bruce Cockburn acknowledges the resemblance, he tells TMZ he's not claiming any part in writing Beyoncé's hit.
