Legendary SoCal street band WAR announces "The World Is a Ghetto 50th Anniversary Tour" in 2022, celebrating their iconic 1973 album that reached #1 on the Billboard chart. The tour features classic songs from the album along with other hits, and includes dates in various cities in the US and several festivals. The album's 50th Anniversary Collector's Edition with a newly remastered album version, six previously unheard bonus tracks, and unheard "making of" recordings was released in 2022, and a CD and digital release are planned for later this year.
