Happiest Minds Technologies announces a new vertical organization structure with six Industry Groups (IGs) - Industrial, Manufacturing & Energy & Utilities, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, CPG & Logistics, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Hi-Tech & Media & Entertainment, and EdTech. This restructure aims to better position the company for growth and compete in global markets, with the goal of reaching $1 billion in revenues by 2031. Each IG is led by an IG Head responsible for P&L, strategy, business plan, sales, and customer and people satisfaction.
