Aussie Broadband proposes a $466m all-share takeover of Superloop.

Aussie Broadband, an Australian ISP, has made a $466M takeover bid for smaller rival Superloop. The all-share offer values Superloop's shares at 95 cents each, but some investors believe it should be above $1.15 per share. If accepted, the acquisition would create a scale player with over one million broadband subscribers, enabling both companies to compete better with incumbent telecoms like Telstra and Optus.
